Es conserven i restauren tots els elements aprofitables, com les principals bigues de fusta de la coberta inclinada i algunes fusteries, i s’obre un pati central que banyarà de llum totes les habitacions i permetrà la ventilació creuada, que tant caracteritza els pisos de l’Eixample.

Se conservan y restauran los elementos estructurales y en mejor estado de la construcción existente como las principales vigas de madera de la cubierta inclinada y algunas de las carpinterías, y se abre un patio central para bañar de luz todas las habitaciones, permitiendo asimismo la ventilación cruzada, que tanto caracteriza los pisos del Eixample.

Shed converted into family housing, with large central loft space.
