De com fer que una nova botiga tingui solera i pàtina d’antic… com “els de sempre”, els d’abans. En aquest cas concret: deixant fer a en Buster i la Carla que sabien molt bé què volien (i què no…) —sempre han tingut molt clara la direcció artística del seu projecte, en tots els seus àmbits; per a això, vam “surfejar” entre el que ells volien i el que nosaltres enteníem que necessitaven.

La Charcuterie o el Deli al barri de Sant Antoni, va nèixer amb la vocació de ser un petit punt de venda del que et podies trobar sopant al ja existent Rooftop Smokehouse: Pastrami, magret d’ànec, bacon anglès… la seva meravellosa mantega, el pop o el kimchi.

La intervenció més important per aportar més llum a aquest petit i fosc local ubicat a un xamfrà d’illa, va ser eliminar els dos primers trams de volta del també baix sostre del nivell del local a nivell de carrer:

1) Deixant a la vista una de les bigues, i

2) (Re)utilitzant l’altra, com a barana per al balcó que apareixia, fruit de l’eliminació d’aquesta part de forjat.
